Richard Paz is the President and Managing Broker of Paz Global, Inc. He started his Real Estate career with his intuition and perception for obtaining and offering the most lucrative deals, which eventually led him to rise above the ranks. His relationship with local developers gave clients access to the best prices and most desirable unit before the general public. Paz took hold of the developer condo units in pre-construction, and left an all time unprecedented sales of hundreds of million of dollars.

Richard’s quick decision making and vast closed sales were not left unnoticed. In 2005, he was nominated and won the Real Estate Platinum Award, beating out over 1400 competitors. This distinguished award is given once a year to the sales associate with the most sales volume and top producer overall. Miami’s most elite fine dining and social magazine, Ocean Drive Magazine, also took notice and featured Paz as one of the top 30 real estate professionals in South Florida.

Richard’s remarkable success led him to open Paz Global, Inc., a boutique real estate brokerage, and Path Investments, LLC, a distressed property investment company.
